In our 1:1 work with senior leaders our overarching goal is to help the individual to reach his or her full potential. This is achieved by helping a leader to understand themselves (including their spike strengths and blind-spots), to navigate their organization and their role. We do this in a relational, structured, results-focused way that remains anchored to the commercial realities of the coachee’s environment. The objectivity we bring, combined with the real-world experience we have of complex organisations, is a powerful combination that coaching clients state that they value.
In our work with teams – we facilitate high performance team working through a range of interventions that help individuals to understand themselves (their own strengths and development areas) and those of the wider team. A high performing team is not one in which all members are the same. Instead, individual spike strengths are harnessed by the team to generate outputs that exceed the sum of their parts.
